    Win 10 still loses the top part of windows. When will a fix be provided?


    The top part of the window of some apps disappears, requiring either switching to/from full screen or restarting the video driver to correct. My system has two monitors and it only happens on the primary. It's highly disruptive to have the occur constantly.It has been five years since this issue was reported. There is absolutely no reason for this to persist. The most commonly affected applications are all office products, file explorer, photo viewer, Edge, and Chrome.
