Windows 10: Win 10 tablet no longer completely boots

It gets as far as the login screen, and after I enter my password the circle of little dots just spin, and spin and spin...

I bought this tablet a week ago, it is an Acer One 10 s1002-145A. Earlier today I checked for updates, and tried to download the update to the new build. It never got past 0% downloading.

There were a lot of other strange problems that just started happening today also, when I would try to access links from the Control Panel, the screen would just become inactive - I was unable to interact with or close that window. This happened when I attempted to System Restore also. Attempting to open a CMD prompt as an Administrator would yield no results, except eventually an error message would appear telling me that the CMD window "failed to execute in a timely manner" (or something close to that).

I even attempted to reset my tablet, but that wasn't working either.

Any suggestions?

Touchscreen not working after Windows 10 upgrade

I have...well had...a chuwi vi10pro 64GB Rom/2GB Ram dual boot OS tablet with windows 8.1 (upgraded to Windows10) and Android 4.4.

I guess my question the tablet updated to windows 10 beautifully, after a while some if not most of my windows storage would get eaten up. I checked all throughout the tablet but nothing. I factory reset with windows 10 but after the factory and wipe of
the hard drive (which was probably my problem) my windows 10 no longer has the touch screen capability and also the android side is completely gone...

The windows 10 no longer has that "switch OS" icon anymore which my dual boot tablet did but no longer functions as a touch screen or a dual boot.

P.S...I luckily still have a keyboard with a touch pad for my tablet?

Could someone...anyone please help me out???

Yes, it's a completely new Chinese dual boot (android and win) tablet, I was setting up the language and keyboard (English to Italian) on Win 10 Home (this is the original OS with active license) but I was having problems downloading The Italian language
for the operating system (did not come to an end), then I decided to start over again, deciding to return to factory conditions win 10, following the procedure I wrote before. The tablet has always been attached to the power socket, but the recovery has failed,
it stopped at 64% and restarted continuously.

edit: Acer rep didn't know anything about the recovery key I needed to get from my MS account, luckily the instructions on the reset screen were clear.
