Windows 10: Win 10 Taskbar UX changed - Taskbar locked and Windows do not minimize

Hi all,Since some time, I have some strange UX/behaviour change noticed on my Windows 10 Desktop.I do not have any UI/UX software installed.1 The Taskbar seems to be locked on my main screen I have 2 and is as well shown when I do play a movie in full-screen mode.But I do not have enabled this in the configuration lock the taskbar - in taskbar settings is: offCould there be any other reason for that?2 Usual behavior is:A: when I click on the Icon/label of an application in the Taskbar, that is in the background not in the front/focus, the Application window gets pushed to the front and

But I do not have enabled this in the configuration (lock the taskbar - in taskbar settings is: off) Could there be any other reason for that? 2) Usual behavior is: A: when I click on the Icon/label of an application in the Taskbar, that is in the background (not in the front/focus), the Application window gets pushed to the front and gets focused. B: when I click on the Icon/label of an application in the Taskbar, that is in the front and has focus, the Application window gets minimized. Since some time A still happens but B is not working - the app stays in focus and in front. That's not what is wanted ... Does anybody know what could be the reason for this behavior? ThrottleStop 8.60 Stays in Taskbar

Hello!

I have an issue with ThrottleStop 8.60 (And 8.50U) staying in the taskbar when minimizing and not going to the notification area. The notification icon is there but it is always in the taskbar too. If I check 'Minimize on Close it still stays in the taskbar. Is this a bug or does anyone know how to get it off my taskbar and only in the notification bar?

Name of program to change taskbars?

uxtheme.dll? I know you can use that to change themes, so it should allow you to change the taskbar theme, if thats what you want.
