Windows 10: Win 10 to 11 repeated failure - SetupDiag results help

Hi. I'm trying to upgrade my Windows 10 installation to Windows 11. My hardware is fully compatible. I'm getting repeated failures and I have run the SetupDiag tool each time now and I see the same error but even after removing a number of drivers and older software. I also ran system integrity tools which did some repairs. However the error persist and I could do with some help deciphering the results which is always a crash dump but I was able to get SetupDiag to do the analysis on it, but still no clue what the error is.It appears to be some exception thrown by wcp.dll.I dont see a way to a

Windows 10 upgrade from 1809 to 1909 stuck at 92 percent

Allow the upgrade to run overnight.

There are steps that can performed to improve the likelihood of a successful upgrade and steps that can be performed to troubleshoot Windows upgrade failures.

Windows doesn't upgrade from 10 to 11
