    Win 10 to 11 upgrade - what happens when restore


    Hi. I bought an ASUS pc with win10 a while back and it offered to upgrade to 11 during initial setup/startup. I was going to give it to a family member and want all my personal stuff removed. I thouight maybe reset would be easiest to remove everything but not sure what will happen if i do. will wuiin 10 come back or will it go to 11 ? looking for easy way to give them a fresh pc without any of my stuff on it. Thx JB

    Upgrade to Win 11

    Trying to upgrade laptop to Win 11. My processor is listed on Microsoft compatibility list as one that will work with Win 11, but the health check says it won't and therefore will not allow upgrade. All other items on list are ticked green. Any advice please?
