    MY Laptop was win 10 but i recieved the prompt to install the free win 11 installThe laptop needs to go in to the manf for repairIf they need to reinstall os it will be back to win 10 i assumehow do i get win 11 back will i again get the prompt saying your elgible for free win 11 upgradeis there a way to put the os on a flash drive and other stuff on a flash drivethanks

    Fresh Install of Win 10 without Serial Key?

    Looking to reformat a laptops HDD, and then reinstall Win 10 fresh. The problem is it came pre-installed with Win 8 and I did the free upgrade to Win 10. How exactly would I re-format the HDD, reinstall Win 10 and ensure it reactivates properly? I don't see a Win 8 serial key anywhere in the contents of the box.

    Thanks for the suggestions. I'll be getting new MB and CPU when I move to Win11. And I always do system volume image backups after I successfully update Windows so no problem there *Smile.
