    Win 10 updates Dec. 3, 2020, repeated bsods.


    After Win 10 updates Dec. 3, 2020, repeated bsods. Windows Update says it's updated. Intel Driver Asst found drivers to install-said successful. DISM and SFC 'repaired' errors. Still BSOD. How to diagnose? Don't use cloud...how can I send crash info? I don't know how to debug. If its instructions for use are straightforward, I'd try to learn how. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance for assistance!

    Repeated BSODs - Please Help

    Over the last couple of days, I noticed I was getting BSODs during gameplay (Final Fantasy 14), but not at other times.

    I went about trying to fix things, as suggested by people who play the same game and were getting similar issues. To that end, I changed some game settings, and did the following:

    • Updated GeForce drivers
    • Installed a driver management program and updated everything
    • Ran Windows Update and installed everything that would install
    • Ran the Windows RAM memory check, which said there were no issues
    • Ran SFC, which said there were no issues
    • I've now moved onto a new profile, which some people have suggested will help

    Still can't reproduce. Could you please post the exact BIOSes that produce the issue?

    Defender update repeats 3 times and then says its ok


    Build 14371, while checking updates, windows defender update shows up for about 1 second and then stops. Rechecking repeats the defender update and after 3 attempts says I am up to date. It never downloads, installs etc. It is repeatable, 3 cycles and then stops. Listed as KB2267602 1.223.2610.0

    UPDATE 1.223.2610.0 was changed to 1.223.2614.0 and that one installed without issue. ??
