Windows 10: Win 10 upgrade failed

Trying to upgrade from win7 home to win 10 home using the Microsoft usb. Continually fails at 48%working on updates. Reverts to win 7 with "Installation failed 0xC1900101 - 0x30018 in FIRST_BOOT with error during SYSPREP_SPECIALIZE operation. I have gone through all the recommended fixes but nothing has worked. Any ideas?

I think in one of the other PC with win 7 or win 8.1 I run media creators tools and in some step prompt/found graphics card not supported... for win 10. I didn't found alone reading specs of win 10, but the tool says me... after changed graphics card the tool said all OK and continued OK with upgrade... That I ask to reach this step in this current PC - win 7 - must be all OK for the upgrade? Or must continue to upgrade to show this?

Win 10 USB install Fails, Linux has no problem

I did this step this morning just in case it wanted to act differently. Same issue though. error 0xc000007b and 0xc0000021a

What do you mean "no good"? At which step did it fail?
