    Win 10 upgrade Outlook 2007 problem


    I upgraded to WIN 10 from WIN 7. All seemed to go well until I opened Office Outlook 2007. Outlook started, however, all my folders as well as their contents were gone. It was as if I just installed Outlook. I did backup my files as PST files, but can't seem to import them.

    Please re-read: I am NOT a mechanic.

    Here's what I have; Win 7 Home to Win 10 upgrade with Win Office 2007 Enterprise. There is no money to upgrade Office 2007.

    Upgraded to 10 w/o problem early August,2015. Even fixed wireless printing.

    * Problem: Hyperlinks do not work in Outlook 2007, IE11, OR Excel 2007.

    * They DO work in Windows Live Mail, Windows EDGE, and LIBRE Office 5.0. They all worked previously in Win 7 Home. Now no java 8-60 installation.

    This kb is close but not for Office 2007 Enterprise:

    I would disagree!

    The problem is common in Office 2007 Outlook 2007 Win 10 Office 365 and Outlook 2016.

    In my opinion having used all of he above the problem is common in all which makes the only common software WIN 10.

    Is there help for this?
