  1. Win 10 user account has disappeared following Asrock Chipset Driver Update ?

Hi. I was upgrading my nieces CPU from a Ryzen 1300X to a Ryzen 3600 and after updating the bios to the latest version 3.60, I let the PC restart and it was successful which was all good. I then downloaded the latest chipset drivers from the Asrock site for my Motherboard which was version AMD chipset driver ver:2.11.26.106 . After the chipset was unzipped and installed the PC restarted and now my user profile login has disappeared ? I now have a windows 10 user account login showing name PC. it was Gemma Kane before chipset drivers . I went into the new profile which had no password and was able to find the old user profile in one of the drive folders. But I couldn’t get that to be present during startup ? Why would chipset drivers do this ?? Also this morning my account has changed to Administrator and saying it’s disabled ? I can’t access my windows 10 64 but at all now ?? Any help with exact simple instructions would be appreciated. Thank you.

    :)

    Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

  3. Taskbar doesn't disappear when entering fullscreen

I tried the Ctrl-Alt-Del and found Windows Explorer. Unfortunately, I didn't choose Restart; I killed the process. (didn't read the instructions well enough!) :-/ ... I did eventually find a way to Restart Windows Explorer, but the problem (disappearing Task bar not disappearing/reappearing as it should/used to) did not solve itself. I then RESTARTED the PC. Still not fixed.

So, I found another answer from microsoft and followed those steps. It worked! (needed the display driver updated.)

    Here's that set of instructions:

I suggest you to try updating the Display Adapter drivers check if it works for you.

Follow the steps to update the Display driver:

Press Windows Key + X key and click Device Manager.
    Expand ‘Display Adapters’.
Right-click on the Display Adapter listed and click on ‘Update Driver Software’.
Select the option to automatically search for the updated driver software.
Restart the computer after its updated and verify.

Also try to access the computer manufacturer's website and download the latest chipset and display drivers for your computer and install the same.
