Windows 10: win 10 ver 1809 for x64-based systems - Error 0x80070005

i just rec'd update notice 2019-5, it uploaded and tried to install. at the point of proclaiming 100% installed this error appeared. what does it mean and what is a fix--- already tried the retry button.

Win 10 upgrade to Ver 1511 Error ox80073712

I have upgraded my laptop from Win 7 to win 10. It was working OK. Now I can't install the Ver 1511 updates for x64 based system.

(KB3140745).. Also I get the Error oX80073712

Here is the screen shot of the errors:

MS support tried to help me. But now suggests I need to get payed support for additional help.

What happens if I don't upgrade

Any ideas. Thanks in advance.
