    Hello All,
    I'm using a video program in Win 10 to view a video I recently took. I'm not sure how to identify the exact program I'm using.
    I need to research how to use the features of this program.
    Can anyone tell me how to identify the program I'm using ?

    Can you tell us what you're doing? Step by step? What program are you using? Like I say, if you're using VLC, any codecs you install won't help you at all since VLC doesn't actually look outside of its own libraries.

    Just list the steps that you're taking.

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

    Can't watch videos on Win 10

    Please assist me with the following information related to this issue:

    • Which web browser are you using to watch online videos?
    • Do you receive any error message?
    • What is the make and model of the computer?
    If you are using Internet Explorer to watch online videos, I suggest you to
