    Please help me. I can't update win 10 because there are corrupt files. After running DISM scanhealth and cleanup it comes back saying it CAN be fixed, but after I run RestoreHealth it only ever gets to 79.8% and then it says it can't locate the repair files to fix the problem. So I worked several hours trying to create an ISO file of my secondary windows computer that works fine and is a replica of my primary computer same motherboard, CPU, etc.But no matter what I do, using \mount\windows or \source\ etc, it comes back saying can't locate the files necessary for repair. So I look at the log

    Volume Mute Light won´t change color

    For my model only up to win7 is listed and HP says that it does not provide win 10 upgrades for a laptop my age. Don´t know how to open or use msconfig-my computer skills are very selective and all in all very poor.
