Windows 10: Win 10 won't Wake up

Discus and support Win 10 won't Wake up in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; I have a Dell OptiPlex 9020 w/ Win10 Enterprise. When monitors sleep the machine will not wake.     Win 10 won't Wake up


    I have a Dell OptiPlex 9020 w/ Win10 Enterprise. When monitors sleep the machine will not wake. It is in a hard locked position and have to hard reboot the machine. The machine only locks up when the monitors are asleep. Hibernation and or Sleep has been turned off. Can anyone help with this issue?

    HD 7750 w/ most up to date drivers.

    Widows 10 Power problems

    Installed Win 10 on my HP notebook and now it won't wake up from sleep. I have to do a hard restart. Also when I use shut down process it only goes to sleep and then won't wake up. Anyone else having this problem?

    External laptop monitor won't wake up after sleep

    External 32" Benq monitor attached to 15" Dell laptop won't wake up after sleep. Have to turn it off and back on every time. Laptop, external keyboard and other peripherals are up an running after laptop wake up. Did not have this problem with any other
    Win 10 laptop/ external monitor combo.

    Specs: Dell XPS 9550, i7 6th gen, Win 10 64 bit, 16Gb RAM, 1Tb SSD, 2Gb NVIDIA GTX 960M. Everything up to date.

    What kind of keyboard and mouse are you using? What does the Powercfg Sleep Study report show?

    Dell issued mouse and keyboard.

    It may be the monitor or GPU that is causing issues. I am running errands, but will look into.

    I moved the computer out of the company GPO, so that it is not pulling from the domain. The issue still exist, and it hard locks the machine.
    I read through this the other day and I changed all the BIOS settings prior to jumping on the forums here.
    I am at a complete loss.
