    win 10pin locked out 2hrs still locked and theres an email in there thats not ours


    Incorrect pin has locked win 10 laptop. Said to wait 2hrs and try again. Still nothing after waiting all day. Clicked forgot pin only option wants to send code to an email that we dont know says its a ********@Givmail.com. Tried resetting password with microsoft, said password was successful but still cant log in. Tried to go to safe mode, wont work. Tried to do restore, wont work. Tried to reinstall windows with saving files option still wont work. How do I get past this.

    DVD Burner started locking up recently

    ok I cleaned it and it's not locking the computer up now, but it still doesn't recognize when theres a cd/ dvd in the drive... any next step to rectify that problem? lol...

    Email screen locked


    I upgraded to Win 10 from Win 8.1 a week ago. I connected my Comcast email account easily to the new Win 10 format. It worked for several days. For the past three days, the screen has been locked. By this I mean that the cursor moves over the screen fields just fine but none of them react. New emails are being added but I can't click to open them nor delete them. Also, the highlighted email, which is the one at the top of the list, doesn't show up in the view screen on the right half.

    Apparently, I have set something wrong but I have no clue what it is. I would appreciate help determining whether there is something wrong with my Win 10 email or whether I can fix something myself. Thanks.
