Windows 10: Win 11 22H2 KB5018427 update fail

Hello everyone, I have a problem installing KB5018427 first update Tuesday for 22H2 update on my win 11 desktop. During update I get "Something went wrong, we are rolling back changes" dialog.When the system is back, I see error - 0x800f0922 on windows update settings. I ran DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth. There are no corrupt files. I ran sfc /scannow. There are no corrupt files.Windows update troubleshooter detected a problem and tried to fix it, but it didn't work. I have attached detailed information from the troubleshooter below. Issues with Remote Desktop on Windows 11 after Update 22H2

There is a new update: 2022-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5018427).

I did the regedit fix that you posted for the remote issue, and I was able to fix the botched update that MS released.

I am WARY of installing the above update, will it undo what I did to fix the buggy 22H2 release from a few weeks ago?

Exactly the same issue as Win 10 print nightmare patch- I was able to browse to printer using ip on Win 10 but that doesn't work (permission issue?) on Win 11 home 22h2! The suggestion to reload windows is laughable as this happens right from brand new!
