  1. Win 11 bugs

Hello. I upgrade my win 10 to 11. My PC and laptop are compatible, but i have a lot of bug. I use 2 montiros but the taskbar dont work on the 2. monitor in vain switched on in the menu. The worst bug is the file manager, literally unusable. When i want just copy a file the hal manager is crash, and in the worst case i got blue death of screen, but usually just the cmd.exe and the explorer.exe crashes and my PC and laptop are significantly slows down.
