Windows 10: Win 11 cannot find the camera upon startup

Upgraded from Win10 yesterday. Win10 was successfully using camera for signin upon startup. Win11 cannot find the camera. It is an internal camera on a Bang & Olufsen HP ENVY all-in-one PC. Camera Access is on. Let apps access your camera is on. Facial recogntion Windows Hello is on. For improved security, only allow Windows Hello sign-in---- is on. Best camera drivers are already installed accoring to device manager.

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

 

Camera not working in win 10

Once again tried all the sugestions and nothing works...

I checked LOGITECH support page again and they now have a driver and software listed...

Downloaded and all camera functions now working.

A step in the right direction...

However when using the win 10 camera app I still get error message

(0xa00f424a(0x80070491)

After computer reboot I checked device manager and now have yello mark in UNIVERSAL SERIAL BUS CONTROLLERS

UNKNOWN USB DEVICE (DEVICE DESCRIPOR REQUEST FAILED (CODE 43)

Now what?

Please don't send me chasing links from other peoples posts...Extremely frustrating.

settings to see if the camera access is turned on. Kindly follow the steps below to check the camera privacy settings:

• Press the Windows key + I to open the Settings app.
• Near the top of the Settings app window is the search box, kindly type the word "webcam" or "camera".
• From the list of results choose Camera privacy settings.
• Make sure that "Let apps use my camera" toggle is set to On.
