Windows 10: win 11 computer cannot connect to server host computer's shared printer, also win 11.

win 11 computer cannot connect to server host computer's shared printer, also win 11. "Resource is on line but isn't responding to connection attempts". I have gone through multiple setting procedures but no success so far. When the printer was hosted on a win 10 machine it hosted the same printer just fine. But when the change to win 11 happened a few days ago no computer, win 11 or win 10 could connect to it. This is win 11 22H2. Error message with details below

Win 11 connecting to network shared printer

Trying to add a network shared printer to a Win 11 home laptop. The printer is connected via usb on a Win 10 pro pc & is shared & accessible to the homegroup network. The Win 11 laptop gives a 0x00000709 error when I try to connect through file explorer. The laptop can access other shared files on the pc. All network sharing options are correct.

I tried to share printer from Win 11 as the printer's host to Win 7 32 bit as the client. The thing its doesn't work well, x709 error always appears when I'm trying to connect the printer. It work fine for the other clients that also Win 11 though.

1. Open Admin command and type: ipconfig
   
   
   
2. Win+X->Control Panel->Netwok and Sharing Center
   Follow the screen shot. This should disable internet access from this PC but allows access to local device(s)
   NOTE: Use the IP & Subnet Mask from step 1. Leave Default gateway & DNS Server blank
