Windows 10: Win 11 crashed 3x within 10 min. Bugchecks 1e, 11d, 139

I started playing Fallout76 and a minute or two after entering the game, I had a crash.The 3rd time, there was an error about ‘Can’t open AsIO3.sys' I assume Asus issue error? dont know if it is related or notI have run the below commands, but nothing was indicative of an issuesfc /scannow DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealthProcessor AMD Ryzen 9 7900X 12-Core Processor 4.70 GHz Installed RAM 32.0 GB 31.1 GB usable MoBo: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. BSOD with different codes: 139 50, 0a, 1e

Hi!

I'm still encountering bsod, last with 139 code

I ran memory tests and every tests build in my hp laptop and they didn't show any error

My device: HP 5000 series based on Ryzen 7 with AMD Radeon graphics.

Windows 11 Home Edition is fresh, after update from Win'10 which crashed too.

No overclocking

How to figure out what is causing Windows 11 BugChecks

In the last few days my Windows 11 system has started to crash on a regular basis, and with various different BugCheck codes displayed on the BSOD, including:

• SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
  
• PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
  
• IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
  

I have exported the BugCheck entries from the System event log, and have copied and zipped a couple of MEMORY.DMP files, but I have no idea how to figure out what is causing the crashes.

Any suggestions are very welcome!

However, please let us know:

• Do you receive a Blue Screen when the computer crash?
  
• When exactly does the computer crash?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer
  Which version of Windows operating system am I running?
  
• What is the make and model of the computer?
  

If you are receiving a Blue screen error then, I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article

I would suggest you to share the dump files so that we can analyze them and get to the root cause of the issue. To share the files Navigate to
C:\Windows\Minidump, upload the files to OneDrive and share the OneDrive link.
