Windows 10: Win 11 disabling Radeon RX 6500XT gpu

Hey, this has been going on for some time, but since I installed windows 11, ive been noticing that my monitors will randomly shut off despite not having reached the idle time. After restarting my PC, the second monitor does not turn on. After entering device manager, it says the GPU is disabled. I have to enable it, and then restart once again. Sadly, I have to sometimes repeat the process, and enable and disable it as well, for it to work. I have latest stable drivers installed. Not sure what I'm missing.
