Windows 10: Win 11 Driver install issues

Good day I am having an issue trying to install this driver Digital Persona 64-bit Runtime Installer 1.6.1, it keeps giving me Error 1310. Error writing to file: <path> .Verify that you have access to that directory.i installed the driver on Windows 10 Laptop it works fine , but on my clients Win 11 OfficePc its doesn't, just to make sure that the driver was not corrupted, I have re downloaded the driver and the end result was the same.OSWin11 Pro 64bitProductDigital persona 4500 usb biometricMethods I have tried but it failed.1.UAC is turned off2.Turned off all firewalls3.Right clicked

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.

Appreciate your detailed return. Your added steps really helped.

Assuming I did the steps correctly, this is where I am now.

Screenshot 12 shows my CD Disc shortcut on my desktop.
Screenshot 10 shows the CD Drive shortcut listed in the “Send to” listing.
Screenshot 11 shows the “Send to” listing after the steps were taken, but the CD drive name is not listed.

So, it appears the steps did not work for me. And, I did try the steps, “If it still won’t do ……” and still no luck.

What do you think?
