Windows 10: Win 11 Enterprise to Personal

Brought a Surface laptop go 2 in April. Things worked well but got a watermark at the right lower window recently asked to activate Windows, and the system has running wired since. The windows came with computer. I tried trouble shooting with the error code as below. For now, it's Win 11 Enterprise, how can I reactive? If it's not working, how can I change to Windows 11 personal? Thank you.

WIN 11 Personalization: Themes

Is it possible to sort Themes alphabetically when working with Personalization?

I'm used to Win 10 where such action is done with no problem but, in WIN 11 Themes are shown in a "bunch" without the ability to sort them alphabetically and, on list form rather than on a long running paragraph.
