    Win 11 Filenames


    The long filename structure is broken in Win 11!If I attempt to rename a file in a sequence of folders, the end of the name is not completed.If I then move the file I can rename it to what I want then paste it back into the original location where the full name remains.This worked in Win 10.Either allow long filenames to be written or not!Yet another revised method that limits productivity!

    How can I make a list of filenames in File Explorer via command prompt?

    These are the steps I take in:

    1. open the folder that I want to print the filenames of
    2. In the location bar, typed "cmd"
    3. At the command prompt, I typed "dir > vjoy.txt
    The command prompt read Access is denied.
