win 11 crashed after tried to restore to a previous restore point

    To whom can help

I upgraded win 11 from my win10 one month ago. Today I tried to restore my disk to the previous restore point which the system created last week after the windows upgrading. However, it failed and the system crashed. I tried to reset the system, and it asked for the recovery key. However, I do not have the key. Could you please help to show me how to reset my system and save my files and apps if it's possible? Because I upgraded to win 11 from win 10, will the reset to win 10 or win 11?

    Thank you for your help.
