Windows 10: Win 11 Gamepass Help

I can't figure out how to get gamepass to finish installing games Its alaways stops at 100% I just recentally did a clean install of win 11 and I tried wsreset and repaired and reset the xbox app restarted the computer and none of it seems to work also downloads wont start unless I pause them and then resume I even turned on downloads over metered connections form windows update and that didn't help does anyone have any Ideas?

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
