  2. random BSOD issues multiple times daily

    Hello,

I am getting a BSOD at random multiple times daily. I have run the windbg and can only find a crash related to csrss.exe but I can't figure out how to fix it. This is a new windows 10 Enterprise installation which I was getting BSOD on this computer with windows 8.1 Enterprise so I just wiped it and installed 10 hoping for a fix with a new OS but to no avail. I have updated all of the drivers to the best of my ability.

    Thanks for looking.

    Multiple BSOD's Daily at Random.

    Hi All,

For the past couple of months I have been dealing with Daily (Random) BSODs on my HP 15-en0023dx Gaming Laptop.

    My Specs:

    CPU: Ryzen 7 4800H

    GPU: GTX 1660 Ti/CPUs iGPU

    RAM: 16GB Crucial 3200Mhz

    SSD: WD SN730

    OS: Windows 11 21H1

I currently have the computer hooked up to a monitor via HDMI, and a Keyboard, Headset BT Dongle, and Phone Charger plugged into it.

What I have done so far:

    - SFC, DISM, CHKDSK Scans

    - Comb Through and Uninstall Software/Programs/Files.

    - Reset Computer to Defaults (When it was on Win 10)

    - Upgrade to 11

    - Full Format back to 11

    - Install new RAM

    - Unplug all devices

    - Disable all non-Microsoft Services

At this point I am stumped. All of the BSODs are different Bugcheck codes, and I will upload the most recent.

    Here: dump

A list of the past couple of codes are:

    - IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

    - PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

    - KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is taking me to my wits end.

Win 11 Getting Multiple BSOD Random Times, With New Install OS

    HP laptop - multiple BSODs

I have an HP Pavilion 15-cs0021na, (Intel i3, 8GB, 128GB SSD) running Windows 10 Home, which exhibits the following characteristics:

    • On startup, occasionally completes boot, but within 5 minutes, BSODs. with a random error, e.g. Page Fault, IRQL not equal, Memory Management and so on.
    • Repeated attempts to reboot then fail with more random BSODs
    • Rarely, it will attempt a Startup Repair – which will invariably fail with another BSOD.
    • Wiping the hard disk and attempting to install a clean version of the OS (downloaded from Microsoft using Media Creation Tool to USB stick) will get a little way into the process, then fail with BSOD as above.

    What I’ve done:

    • Attempted clean install as above.
    • Run multiple hardware tests on Memory and SSD - HP’s built-in tests, Memtest86, Seagate disk tools. All tests pass with no errors.
    • Updated BIOS from Insyde F.04 to F.22 (HP supplied).
    • Repeated clean install, same result.

I have now run out of ideas, and am at a loss to understand what is causing these errors. How are BSODs generated if no Windows installation is present? Is it likely that a hardware component other than RAM or the SSD is causing these?

Any and all suggestions will be much appreciated.
