Windows 10: Win 11 In Place Upgrade Keeps failing

I want to update my windows so i downloaded the latest iso and started an in place upgrade but as soon as it reaches 100% it fails.I downloaded setup diag and have generated the logs- https://drive.google.com/file/d/1D6HgePvoKQfELup1FDHpa4U6UMvb8Uki/view?usp=sharingCan anyone check it and let me know why it is failing

SCCM: In Place upgrade Win 7to win 10 1903 License issue

I was working on one task sequence for In Place Upgrade. Win 10 1709 to Win 10 1903 is working fine.

But Win 7 to Win 10 1903 is getting failed during Upgrade Operating System step.

I checked some of the links and added the KMS Client Keys (NPPR9-FWDCX-D2C8J-H872K-2YT43) in upgrade operating system step.

Also added one step to run vbs script.

But Task Sequence is getting failed at this step.

Command line Cscript.exe c:\windows\system32\slmgr.vbs /ipk NPPR9-FWDCX-D2C8J-H872K-2YT43 returned 3221549136

In my environment, we are using KMS and we don't have a Volume license.

Any advise how to resolve this issue.

 

Win 11 in-place upgrade, English UK not available.

My PC boots to a black screen after the latest Win 11 update. (I have recovered it - 3 times!) MS chat suggested an in-place upgrade and sent me the info. My PC is using Eng. UK there are only 2 options in the ISO file download, Eng. US and Eng. International. If I choose International the install dialogue will not allow me to keep all my Apps due to a change of language. Is there a way to keep everything?

Thanks a few preliminary questions before implementing the above suggestions, especially the BIOS upgrade 1. BIOS UPGRADE. I read it can be very dangerous. The last thing I want is a damaged motherboard ! Besides, I went to the MSI site looking for a Bios upgrade download. . I couldn't find any reference to upgrading the BIOS for my MS-7680 motherboard. In addition, all the BIOS upgrades listed are dated to 2002. My BIOS is dated 04/11/ 2011. If I understand correctly, I cannot upgrade. Their upgrade version is 10 years older than my BIOS version! 2. Even if I were to proceed with the Bios upgrade, I read that I need a formatted external flash drive. I do have two external USB flash drives, all of which with important data I don't want to lose, unless I can save the BIOS download on a SD memory card. I'd like to have this clarified, especially the risks of updating the BIOS.
