Windows 10: Win 11 instant BSOD stopcode CACHE_MANAGER Ntfs.sys

I just finished playing a game and decided to go somewhere else. When I returned -15m-ish- the computer has shut itself down. After I turned it on it decided to repair one of my drives, then bsod appeared, stop code CACHE_MANAGER what failed Ntfs.sys. I'm unable to get to the startup repair or winRE as it practically jumped to bsod just after motherboard manufacturer loading screen.

BSOD and Cache_Manager?

I recently upgraded my 8 GB Ram to 16 GB Ram. I used to have Windows 7 64 bit, but I upgraded Windows 10 64 bit a few months back when it first came out. Now for some reason I see I get blue screens quite a lot. I have checked to see if they were mounted
properly and there did not seem to be any issue putting them in initially nor after I double checked. And there appears to be an error that says CACHE_MANAGER on the BSOD.

So my questions are:

1st and most obvious: what can I do to fix this?

2nd: Is there a problem with Windows 10 and 16 GB of RAM Specifically?

3th: Would I have to buy RAM again and completely replace the new RAM?

 

Stopcode Loop NTFS FILE SYSTEM to FAT FILE SYSTEM

My laptop is stuck in a loop on startup, I get the stopcode NTFS SILE SYSTEM it then starts an automactic repair and restarts but then gets stopcode FAT FILE SYSTEM again it starts an auto repair and restsarts but gets the NTFS stopcode again. I have
used themedia creation tool to create a USB drive and adjusted the BIOS to use the USB but it is till running into the same loop.

 

Stopcode in emBDA64.sys

I have recently been getting 'blue screen' on stopcode 'Attempted_write_to_readonly_memory' in emBDA64.sys. I've checked and I am fully up-to-date with Windows 10 updates. Can anyone please help. Thanks.
