Windows 10: Win 11 Internet Properties Website Data Settings Cannot Be Updated

When accessing Control Panel -> Internet Options -> Internet Properties, I see the following:Automatic selectedDisk space to use: 0Current location: blankI have tried to update these settings, but the changes are not saved. Furthmore, though I have over 900GB free, I can only set the Disk space to 8, and this value is not saved either.Any assistance would be appreciated.

If you already tried the steps provided by Jomel_Santos, we suggest to reset the Internet Explorer 11 by following the steps on this
link to make sure you do have the default settings of the browser.

For Microsoft Edge, please follow the steps below:

• Click on the More actions (...) icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner.
• Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
• Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies andsaved website data, and
  Cached data and files then click Clear.

After updaing to build 14251, issue with IE 11 error as "There is a problem with this website's security certificate".
