I also noticed that the option to clean up Windows updates is missing via Settings>Storage. That setting was still there, available to be used, after last update (KB4497935). At the same time, I am also noticing that update KB4497935 from late May is not in the list below. So, seems to me the system did the cleanup on its own of that update. Thats why the option to clean up WU is not shown in Storage.
