Windows 10: Win 11 Lock Screen keeps coming down in the middle of the work and locking the PC.

This keeps happening to me even after I reinstall Windows over and over again. The problem keeps coming back, and the support of Lenovo keeps telling me the same nonsense.The Windows 11 Lock Screen is coming down on the screen even in the middle of tapping and moving the mouse on the screen. Every few to 10 minutes, the lock screen is randomly shown, and the screen becomes black.This is terrible; all settings are fine. I double-checked them also today.I removed and updated all the graphic drivers through device manager, but that didn't do anything. Please help me to solve this probl

That didn't help,

I did exactly what you told me and after two days the screen went down again and the locking screen appeared in the middle of tapping something on the keyboard.

Lenovo Yoga 7 - awful laptop computer.

Edit Update:

Meanwhile it happened only twice during two days, so that is an improvement!

I will keep and update and might mark your answer as the solution if it the issue won't come back.

It came back again—the lock screen is coming down in the middle of work on my laptop.

 

Windows 11 Pro lock screen keeps locking

Since the upgrade from Windows 10 Pro to Windows 11 Pro today, I cannot make proper use of my pc. It keeps going to the lock screen every 30 seconds or so. After I unlock it, everything is as it was before locking itself. Then the issue repeats.

Looking for any suggestions before I use msconfig to start troubleshooting.

Windows 11 - Spotlight will not work on Lock screen

Hi,

Problem

• Windows Spotlight will not work on Lock screen – Just a black screen is displayed.
  

Build Info and Background

• Our desktop PC is a 64-bit PC running Windows 11 Home vsn 23H2 OS Build 22631.3235 and all the latest drivers are installed.
  
• Our Desktop PC is functioning normally.
  
• We have 2 Admin accounts configured.
  
• Windows Spotlight works perfectly on Lock screen of only 1 or the 2 accounts.
  
• Windows Spotlight work perfectly as the wallpaper on both accounts.
  

Things I’ve Tried

• I have done an in-place upgrade of Windows 11 which fixed the problem for a few hours and then the lock screen went black again.
  
• For the account with the spotlight lock screen issue…
  
  • It doesn’t matter if the “Show the lock screen background picture on the Sign-in screen” is ON or OFF.
    
  • I can change the background to a default picture, or specify a personal photo, and it works perfectly.
    
  • If I set the Lock screen to a slideshow it just displays the default picture I previously selected.
    
  • From the Command Prompt (with Admin Privileges) I have run DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and it said “The operation completed successfully.” But Spotlight on the lock screen still didn’t work.
    

What else can I try?
