Windows 10: Win 11 loop restart

I update my windows and it's says me to restart my pc. But since then it showing attemping changes and undoing changes and then again restart idk what to do it's been an half hour since this is happening

Win 11 stuck in restart loop

after a windows update my windows 11 stuck in a restart loop. I did all option in WINRE except the reset because I didn't have it, even I changed the 2 folders name (SoftwareDistribution and Catroot2), and tried the SFC , chdsk fix boot fix mbr ect and entering safemode with and without network entering appwiz.cpl no updates in the list to remove, tried from cmd and powershell get-hotfix and DISM nothing works.

Any clue ?

HP Laptop Boot Loop

I am encountering a boot loop problem with my HP laptop. Upon startup, it shows the HP logo and loading dots for about 11 seconds, then goes to a blank screen for approximately a minute before automatically restarting. The power button does not turn off during this cycle.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Tried hard reset and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings.
  
• Unable to boot into Safe Mode or recovery environment.
