Windows 10: Win 11 - lost download files when moving drive location

Win 11, I moved my download file location from C:\Users\Trader Account\Downloads to D:\Download without saving files when moving them. When I transferred the download location to D drive, I did not click on "Yes" move the current files in the downloads. As results, I lost the downloads that where on C: drive location and I need those files. I thought the files would stay in the C drive location, but I was wrong. Mistake on my part.Anyway, to recover these files? Thanks

Move log file location to ramdisk

Hi,
I'd like to have the log file in another location than the hard drive. I have a ram disk installed and like to put the log file from ATITool there, so the hard disk must not not be accesses every 10 seconds. It doesn't matter if it lost after a reboot.

Is this possible? I would appreciate any help!

Changed the 'downloads' location to E-Drive. Couldn't reverse!!

I suggest you to follow the below mentioned steps and check if that helps:

• Right Click on Downloads folder.
• Click on Properties.
• Select Location tab.
• Click on Move and choose your location.

Changed the 'downloads' location to E-Drive. Couldn't reverse!!

But the problem is whenever I click the properties of Downloads
folder, it is showing the properties dialog box of E-drive partition. How could I solve this?
