Windows 10: Win 11 "Manage Wifi connections" tab virus?

Hello,I have the "manage Wifi connections" tab appearing all of a sudden when I click on the 3 icon tab bottom right. It is not the standard tab that is supposed to appear when hovering over the wifi connection button. Please see images for what I mean. I reinstalled a clean version of windows and it was gone for a few days but appeared again today. I did notice my hard drive fans started up on high yesterday night and I could not see anything in the tasks that would cause that to happen. So I shut down the laptop and restarted it. The fans no longer were on high. Then today I noticed that the

Cannot connect to wifi with laptop

We would like to isolate this issue that you're having right now. We suggest that you try the steps below:

• 
  Go to Network and Sharing Center.
  
• 
  At the right pane, click Change adapter settings.
  
• 
  Right click on your connection name (WiFi name) and Properties.
  
• 
  Click the Configure... button.
  
• 
  Go to Power Management tab.
  
• 
  Uncheck/disable the radio button for "Allow this device to turn off this device to save power".
  
• 
  Restart the PC (Important)

Windows 10 wifi icon shows not connected - connections available - but internet works fine?

Thank you for reaching out to us. We suggest you to try to disable auto turn-off of WiFi device by following the steps below:

• Go to Network and Sharing Center.
• At the right pane, click Change adapter settings.
• Right click on your connection name (WiFi name) and Properties.
• Click the Configure... button.
• Go to Power Management tab.
• Uncheck/disable the radio button for "Allow this device to turn off this device to save power".
