The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a 0xffffe48e34cbc250, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff8076c476dc8. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: c71c8309-e264-4355-af5f-a82ff0399543.I've try many CMD prompts to see if there's and problems such as sfc scannow, etc.

My game keeps on crashing due to a fault module called KernalBase.dll, is there any way to fix this?

I'll leave a step-by-step guide below to check that it wasn't a folder lock, could you run it and let me know if it resolved it?

Launch the game and let it crash. Then go to (Win 11) Windows Security > Protection history > and look at the latest protection log. It shows that windows security is blocking access to %userprofile%\Documents\My Games for Starfield.exe. Click "Allow" to add this to the exception list. I was able to launch successfully after this. I am playing the game through Gamepass.

 

Bluescreen mainly when playing games

• What are the names of the games causing bluescreens?
• Could you tell what antivirus program you are using?
• Are you using a client to launch games or they are standalone?
• Were there any changes, recent updates, and newly installed applications on your device that may have triggered this?
• To avoid repetition, can you provide us with all the troubleshooting steps that you've done so far?
• Have you tried playing and using Teamspeak one at a time?

Bluescreen and game crashes

My computer has been bluescreening for a while now and the game I'm trying to play (World of Tanks) has been crashing. My computer will crash randomly and so does the game whenever I play it. I've tried doing everything to troubleshoot the game and nothing
worked. My computer also bluescreens when the game is uninstalled. When my computer bluescreens while running the game it gives a kernel power exception or something with stopcode: KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED. Any other time it gives a SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
(also should put in that once it gave a some sort of MEMORY_EXCEPTION but it only happened once). When I run the Background Intelligence Transfer Service, Windows Store Apps, or Windows Update troubleshooter after a crash or bluescreen it says service registration
missing or corrupt (it says its "fixed"). I would like to fix this without having to reinstall windows.
