Windows 10: win 11 op system destroyed

Discus and support win 11 op system destroyed in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I have a new pc, with win 11, I started to format a usb stick, but some how it started formatting the C drive, I immediataly pulled the plug to stop...     I have a new pc, with win 11, I started to format a usb stick, but some how it started formatting the C drive, I immediataly pulled the plug to stop it, but I was too late, is there any way I can recover the op system? I have an image back up on another memory, don't think that will be useful in this case?

    Windows 11 system does not grant access even when correct credentials are supplied

    I have a Win 10 system and am trying to connect it to my new Win 11 laptop. The Winn 11 box can see the Win 10 box, and can gain access to all appropriate shares. Jolly Good!

    The Win 10 box can see the Win 11 system, but EVEN WHEN I CHANGE THE CREDENTIALS ON BOTH SYSTEMS AND RESTART, the Win 11 system refuses to allow the Win 10 system to access it.

    The support suggestions are laughable and seem to be variations on "Destroy your system and see if this helps" (Remove all credentials, turn-off password protected security, and the like.

    If I have identical User Name/Password combinations on both systems (both with Administrator capabilities) why does one system grant access and the other simply raises its electronic middle finger?
