    Report was to Ramesh SrinivasanInitial request was on the 17 July.I cut and pasted the 99QW Panther log file to reply threadHave requested further help on email data threadLaptop still dead Have tried a new download of MCT to no avail.Problem only developed with win updates 2024Regards Michael

    Windows 10 update July 2017

    Hello Meg,

    it will tell you it was they last update on the computer. It should be the first recover option on the list, I only had one option to select.

    Although my backup date was July 17, 2017.

    Yours may be similar?

    I'm trying to diagnose a friend's Dell Inspiron 17 5000 laptop which keeps having BSODs several times day with the reports shown below. Any clues what to look for first based on these errors?
