Windows 10: Win 11 Pro: How do I install Internet Explorer?

I have a Netgear 48 port switch which needs IE to configure.NOT:EdgeEdge in IE modeFirefoxChromeSafariOperaor any other browserHow can I install and run a copy of IE on the rare times I want to just to configure this switch?

Impossible to reinstall Internet Explorer 11

I have Windows 10 Pro v.1511 10586.36. Internet Explorer 11 has been wiped out. I need IE 11 for my work

Impossible to reinstall. Search "internet explorer" finds Edge, not IE.

IE appears nowhere in program lists; not even in "uninstall a program"

There are 2 inactive IE directories (without IE exe) in program files and in program files 86.

I cannot install the last full version of IE 11. Win 10 says: a more recent version (=Edge) is already installed on your computer.

Is there a solution to force Win 10 Pro to accept reinstall IE 11?
