    Online Bank Login Error Message ......09997

    Recently, each time I have tried to login to my online bank account, I receive the following error message ....09997 as noted below. I have verified that I am using the correct login ID and have verified with a local bank official that my account is not
    locked. I also tried on multiple occasions to reset my password, but continue to get the error message. This message appears after I input Login ID and password. Can anyone help me resolve this issue?
