Windows 10: Win 11 - Quick Launch is missing

Is there really no replacement by Microsoft for the good old Quick Launch bar in the taskbar?I googled, saw that MS removed it and that 3rd party tools like ExplorerPatcher are being shunned by MS they get broken by MS-code-changes, are being flagged as malware, ...Pinned Apps is NOT what I want.I want exactly what Quick Launch provided: tiny icons, fixed position between Windows-Button and the regular taskbar, So you always find the program you are looking for and you can open 4 browser windows if you want to. regardless of how many windows you have open, and the order they are arranged in

Thank you. I created the Quick Launch by this steps: Firstly, I click the right-hand button of the mouse on the Taskbar--Toolbar--New toolbar. Then C:\Users\（present administrator）\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch. Lastly, choose
"Select folder". I can see the "Quick Launch" icon showed in the bottom right on the Taskbar.
