Windows 10: Win 11, Stuck in blue screen loop, driver issue, cannot safe boot

Boots ok but issue with recently updated software and a driver called euvkbd.sys The software is Avid EUCON for use with Pro ToolsI log in and about 5 seconds later it blue screens, right when it tries to load that driver. There is no time to run msconfig to set up safe boot etc.And I cannot get into safe mode because I can’t do the 3 x power reset thing - I don’t see the windows logo on boot.So I’m stuck and not sure how to proceed. All I need to do is somehow restore to back before the software update Any help appreciated

Updated, now stuck in loop, boot in safe mode - no desktop

Windows 10 April 2018 update-

After update stuck on blue screen that asks for keyboard layout and then takes me to Windows Rollback which just keeps looping. Booted in safe mode to a previous version of Windows, but then it says it cannot load the desktop and I get a black screen with
just the recycle bin. No start menu, windows key does not work.

Suggestions?
