Windows 10: Win 11 - Take very long to create new folder

When I choose to create New Folder it sometimes takes 10 to 20 seconds to create the folder so I can give it a name.I see it is an old problem. 9 years later it is still a problem. Have Microsoft found a solution yet?

Create new folder takes too long

Thanks for the suggestion Ramesh, but it still takes a long time to create a new folder. It feels very strange, like I'm accessing my computer via a virtual server!

• A new folder should be created.

I have lost the ability to create new folders in win 10. Any suggestions?
