Windows 10: Win 11, task scheduler, try to create a new folder ... option not there?

I am on a org. Win 10 pc now upgraded to Win 11. I have an older lap top org. win 10 now upgraded to Win 11 also. The older laptop presented task scheduler as I would have expected. That is I could right click on Task Sch. Library and add a NEW FOLDER. On the other pc when I right click on Task Sch. Library it only says HELP! Yes, I surely need a little of that for sure. Both are local accounts; I have another that is on MS account I have no issues right now. 3 old guys pc's I caretake to encourage them along and run right. ";- For a vet on disability pension, we don't run out and buy all

What error message you're getting while using Task Scheduler?

Suggest you try the below mentioned steps to fix any issue with corrupted system files:

• 
  Press CTRL+Shift+ESC to open Task Manager.
  
• 
  Click File > Run New Task
  
• 
  Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
  
• 
  Type CMD
  
• 
  Type or copy/paste the following commands at the CMD prompt:
  
  dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  
  sfc /scannnow
  

Reboot the system and check if the issue still occurs. If the problem still persist, try to check the issue by creating other User Profile to see if problem still arises.

No errors found by each suggestion. May have to do a clean install unless someone has a different solution
