    win 11 upgrade: HP 4530s Probook


    I have an HP 4530s ProBook. It had gone through all upgrades from 7.1 through time quite well. Well, that is compared to other cases I have read about recently with WIN10 udgrade issues. At least it was running well with the latest WIN 10 version. However with WIN 11 I got a dead upgrade. No bootup or ability to log on at all. I now have a basically dead drive with nothing to recover from. It will go through the motions if I load windows support and recovery from the boot sequence with function keys prior it attempting to load the Windows program. It will end after 17 up to 24 minutes and tell

    what is the recommended initial size and maximum size of virtual memory on an hp probook 4530s core i3 with 4GB ram?

    Hi Roland, HP only support that laptop up to Windows 8.1, the upgrade more than likely removed that software because of this
