    Win 11 compat app

Both your CPU and graphics card should be ok- your CPU is on the list:
Windows 11 CPU List Released | WePC

and your graphics card is new enough to support DirectX 12.

These requirements are set by the installer of Win 11. Detailed specs for Win 11 have been released by MS and are given in other such threads here and on elevenforum, but may change slightly before official release.

is hardware OK (Win 7) for upgrade to windows 10

I think in one of the other PC with win 7 or win 8.1 I run media creators tools and in some step prompt/found graphics card not supported... for win 10. I didn't found alone reading specs of win 10, but the tool says me... after changed graphics card the tool said all OK and continued OK with upgrade... That I ask to reach this step in this current PC - win 7 - must be all OK for the upgrade? Or must continue to upgrade to show this?
    and got to point

    • UPGRADE this PC now
    • Create media(DVD, USB stick, ISO)
is hardware OK (Win 7) for an upgrade to windows 10 for this PC???

IE 11 Won't Open with Dec 2017 Win 10 Upgrade

On Dec. 6, 2017 I allowed Microsoft to install the latest major upgrade to Win 10. After that, Internet Explorer stopped opening - showing just the spinning wheel for a brief moment. As a workaround, I am now holding down CTL-SHIFT and clicking on the IE
icon. It opens after requiring me to click YES on allowing Win 10 to change my PC.

Anyone else getting this? Any suggestions on how to fix it so IE 11 opens normally by clicking the startup icon?
