WIN 10 Updates fail

I have two WIN 10 Updates that continually fail regardless if WIN Updater tries or when I download them from the catalogue and try to manually install.

I keep getting error messages for two updates:

• 2020-10 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 2004 for x64 (KB4578968)

* Failed to install on 10/28/2020 - 0x800703f1

• 2020-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 2004 for x64 (KB4579311)

* Failed to install on 10/28/2020 - 0x8007371c

I ran the DISM and SFC commands and found no reported errors, but the issue continues. I also ran the Updater Troubleshooter; results below:









What can I do to get this fixed?

I have WIN 10 Home, x64 based system.

When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.
