Windows 10: Win 7 -> Win 10; legitimate Win 7 Pro key; error 0x803fa067

Hello,I recently used the upgrade tool to move from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10. Windows 10 is telling me it is not activated and gives me the error 0x803fa067. My understanding before the upgrade was that the upgrade would be free and that Windows would activate automatically. Instead, Windows is telling me: "We can't activate Windows on this device because you don't have a valid digital license or product key. If you think you do have a valid license or key, select Troubleshoot below."When I use Troubleshoot, it does not do anything. If I select that I recently upgraded, it does not show any

Win 7 to win 10

When win 7 pro key from 1 pc is used to activate win 10 pro on another pc. The old win 7 pro key will deactivate itself or still able to use on the old pc activated. That mean win 7 and win 10 pro able to use at the same time activated with same key.

 

Win 7 Key works on Win 10 but not on Win 7.

In 2016 I bought a HP 8760w laptop and it came with Win 7 but maybe three months later I upgraded to Win 10. I had this issue with my laptop it was the ssd and took it in where I bought it. They ran some searches and found out it was something in my regedit,
they recommended me do a clean install of Windows. I did but problems still occurs so I want to try to go down to Win 7. When i go to the Microsoft Win 7 Iso download I have to give my product key but it doesnt work but my product key works in Win 10 and my
product key is originally Win 7 Pro.

 

Wins 10 pro becoming wins 7 pro

I am using wins 10 pro, but during end user activation it shows wins 7 pro

Any suggestion?
