Windows 10: Win Defender has blocked Bittorrent, and I can't seem to unblock it.

    Windows Defender PUP/PUA protection blocked BitTorrent

    I turned on Windows Defender PUA/PUP protection and then tried to install BitTorrent, but the process was blocked and BitTorrent was deleted. Does BitTorrent really contain a virus? Is there a way to make sure while still keeping the PC safe and to add
    an exception for it if it's safe?

    Windows Defender PUP/PUA protection blocked BitTorrent

    I'm not going to look for cracked software. I just want a good and safe torrent download manager. Will the link talking about how Windows Defender identifies potentially unwanted software help me add BitTorrent to my list of exclusions?
