    hello, every time I boot up my laptop something comes says "windows cannot find win.exe make sure you typed...", how can i fix this ?

    note: i tried blue screen recovory but it did not work.

    • Which application exe you are trying to install?

    • From where (source) you have downloaded the exe file?

    • Did you check in the task manager if it is running in the background?

    • What was the issue that you are facing before which you made you to run the troubleshooting steps?

    I suggest you to check that your PC meets the system requirements for the exe file to run.

    Hi Scott,

    I suggest that you run the program in the compatibility mode and check. Follow the steps :

    Find the .exe that runs the program and then...

    • Right click on the exe
    • Click on Properties
    • Click the Compatibility tab
    • Tick the box labelled Run this program in compatibility mode for
    • Select the version of Windows that this application was designed to run on

    Check if the program now runs smoothly.
